Our first edition in Nieuwpoort was a success for fans, players and the entire team!
Over four days, we got to see determined athletes fight for every point, celebrate together and leave it all on the court. From many athletes representing Belgium to a European champion finding her confidence again — it was a tournament filled with great moments.
After 20 years, we moved the Yonex Belgian International to the Belgian coast. Nieuwpoort welcomed us with open arms, and thanks to the city, our partners, volunteers, team and everyone involved, we were able to make this an edition to remember.
Our athletes embraced this new location and made it their own. Congratulations to our winners Soby & Rojkjaer, Rajarajan, Gilmour, Kudsk & Pilgaard, the Grimley brothers, and all the other athletes who showed up and gave it their all.
Most of all, we want to thank you, the fans, for being here in Nieuwpoort or behind your screen, day after day, and for hyping up our athletes.
