Wanted: Yonex BI Crew!

 

The Yonex Belgian International is now preparing ffor its 19th edition!

For this edition we will once again settle down in the Sportoase in Leuven. Without the help all our volunteers trough the years we would never be ready for the 17th edition. We want to step it up this year and we are once again looking for a vibrant and dynamic group of volunteers! Registering as a volunteer guarantees a week full of fun and unforgettable experiences.

What do we expect of you?

Enthusiastic cooperation in fulfilling tasks to realize an international top tournament. It consists of construction, decoration and cleaning up of the sports hall, VIP, ticket control, cash register and reception, meal check, logistics, transport, media, promotion, and so on. An extensive task description can be found here. You sign up for at least one full day. We prefer people who come to help for several days. You can commit to various tasks. If you have specific capacities, inform us of this via the comments on the registration form. (eg. experience in the hospitality industry or scaffolding, media, …) Knowledge of languages ​​is an added value.

What can you expect of us?

  • A lunch and dinner for every fully worked day, as well as water and coffee
  • Free overnight stay
  • A “Crew” T-shirt
  • An extra day ticket for a family member or acquaintance. If you help several days, you will receive an all-day ticket.
  • Free entrance during the entire event.

Free ticket

All volunteers receive one free ticket for the whole week that they can hand out to someone. This ticket can be collected by the person in question during the week of the event.

When registering, a volunteer gives Badminton Vlaanderen permission to use, manage and / or change his details in function of the organization of the event.
